No contracts. Ever. Biweekly billing, cancel anytime.

What is a founding membership?

The first 1,000 members lock in $65 or $75 biweekly — permanently. Standard rates after that are $75 and $95.

Will there be personal training?

Coaching is built into every membership. Private training sessions are available for deeper programming.
